Two anthropologists, two educationalists, a teacher involved withRoma families,and a young Roma artist will discuss the book “Des gamins roms hors-de-l’enfance. Entre protection et exclusion” (About Roma children outside childhood. Between protection and exclusion) by Alice Sophie Sarcinelli. The debate will be on two complementary elements core to the book: the institutional treatment ofchildrencategorized asRoma(the result of local, national, and European policies) and the everyday experience of children and their families.
